UNCONDITIONAL TESTIMONIALS

An Unconditional Testimonial is a short play created in someone’s honor, based entirely on interviews with close friends and colleagues.  It’s a unique way to toast the people and organizations you love most, to share heartfelt praise and recollections from their friends, family and community.  An Unconditional Testimonial makes a wonderful surprise gift for family members, a touching tribute for a colleague’s years of service, or a meaningful commemoration at a business’ anniversary event.  Unconditional Testimonials are perfect for weddings, retirements, birthdays, family reunions, and many other occasions.

How does it work?
We conduct interviews by phone with people who know the honoree well, collecting stories and insights from a range of perspectives.  Then we weave sections of these interviews into an original script.  Our troupe of actors performs it as a 20-30 minute reading at your event, which we capture through audio recording and photos of both the performance and the honoree’s reactions.  Finally, we present both you and the honoree with a bound copy of the script, an audio CD of the performance, and photos of the event.  We can also compile these elements into a CD-ROM containing the audio recording with a coordinated slide show of photo images.

What do I need to provide?
You provide the event venue and give us the names of 5-10 people with stories about the person or organization you want to honor.  We do the rest!  Each piece is totally unique, and can be designed around particular themes you have in mind.

How much does it cost?
Our base price, including a script and performance based on five interviews, begins at $2,500.  Additional interviews and production of a CD-ROM slideshow, are available for an added cost.  We are happy to provide an estimate to address your particular needs and budget.
